Resource for arts activists
In 2006, I established GAC as an auspice for the Anam Cara for Tara arts action in support of the campaign to preserve the Hill of Tara in Ireland. While we did not succeed in protecting Tara, I found GAC's shared campaign format very enlivening.
I have continued to develop GAC as an auspice for arts action into the future, —as an ongoing resource for arts practitioners—enabling them to download flyers and link to information on the key public issues they wish to take 'action' on, utilising their personal networks and audiences, without spreading themselves thin on burdensome administration.
