Happiness and Joy May 1997

Meditation offers the deepest practice for attunement with one's greater sense of insight. One can experience a heightened state of happiness and joy in slowing down enough to allow such insightful expression. Happiness and Joy are always present, waiting for recognition. When they are recognized, they respond by manifesting like beings who will take one's hand and show one along wondrous paths of discovery in infinite spheres of reality.

Happiness and Joy are kind guides.
One need not be afraid when one is immersed in their companionship. In fact, one can feel tremendous excitement and playfulness when in the realm of their care. They will lift one into completely original moments of experience through which one can rewrite one's own history. One can choose to live in a sense of infinitely life-enhancing experience with them. While in their company there will no need to worry about how to keep one's life in order. When one remembers to go through everything with them, trusting their vast potential for assisting judgment, then everything one does will be coloured by their presence. Others sense this quality of life and respond according to their own experience of Happiness and Joy.

Happiness and Joy are the friendliest of companions and the most playful.
They love companionship. They spring to every chance to meet their reflection in others. They sparkle and sing and somersault with abounding and abundant energy. They jump over every obstacle or dance around it if there is even a hint of an invitation to play. Happiness and Joy are like happy and joyful children. They love to hug and touch each other, they are like kittens at play. They are soft and flexible and always move with Grace and Delight, who are their favourite companions. They stand in awe of Wisdom and Power. And they really love Calmness and Peace. They know how to tiptoe around quietly when necessary for other's benefit because they are so completely happy and joyful that nothing ever phases them, especially when other beautiful moods want to hold center stage and call attention to matters of importance to all concerned. They are always there to cheer others on and they are happy and joyful about helping with the tasks of others and ready to play again when every task is complete. But they never forget that their job is to fill all of infinity and to take everyone with them.

A wonderfully splendiferous journey can be had in the companionship and care of Happiness and Joy!
